Healthcare Appointments

I am a naturopathic doctor that does primary care. I have special interests in orthopedics and regenerative medicine, but I am able to manage a wide variety of health conditions. Your story matters, and I listen to better serve you. Some of the conceptual frameworks I utilize in my practice are the biopsychosocial theory of health, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and the naturopathic therapeutic order.

The medicine I practice is all about finding a way that your body can heal itself. Often times this means starting by removing the obstacles that are preventing health. Sometimes there is a specific disease process occurring, and in these cases stopping the pathological process is necessary. However, throughout all of this I will always treat you as a person and I will find ways to support your health.

What to expect?

My initial appointments are 1-1.5 hours long. We will do a thorough health history, discuss current symptoms, and perform physical exams. Depending on the information collected, I will order imaging and diagnostic tests for further assessment. If necessary, I will refer you to other healthcare practitioners.
